Representation at the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT)

Land-use planning decisions made by municipal councils are subject to the appeal process of the OLT. The OLT is a provincial body that considers appeals of land-use planning decisions and has the authority to make final decisions on them. Occasionally, the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø will participate in these appeals to ensure that our interests are protected.

Examples of this include securing opportunities for new school sites or policy language that considers student accommodation and protecting ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø property from the negative impacts of a neighbouring development.
