Children are greatly influenced beginning at a young age by the values and attitudes ofÌýtheir closest caregivers. It has been established that parent/guardian engagement in aÌýchild’s education has positive impacts on their learning and well-being. TheirÌýengagement in combatting hate, racism and promoting respect for human rights is aÌýnecessary component of eliminating it from our schools. Staff will collaborate withÌýcaregivers to offer learning opportunities for caregivers, and where possible, studentsÌýand their families. The content for the learning will focus on the areas represented in theÌýdata presented from the Racism, Bias and Hate portal.
