Audley Salmon

Associate Director, Learning Transformation and Equity
Audley brings extensive experience in both the classroom as a high school history and geography teacher and principal, as well as central roles asÌýExecutive Superintendent of Employee Services and asÌýa System and Learning Network Superintendent inÌýhis nearly 30-year career with the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø. These roles have given him the unique combination of skills and knowledge to support learning through an equity lens for both students and staff.Ìý

Stacey Zucker

Associate Director, Modernization and Strategic Resource Alignment
With more than 15 years of experience in education, Stacey most recently served as the Associate Director, Support Services at the Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board where she oversaw the budget and capital planning process, Information Technology and Student Transportation.

Originally from Labrador and a beneficiary of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, she is the daughter of a residential school survivor and has a personal understanding of the Calls to Action from the Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Stacey is accredited as a Certified Professional Accountant and Chartered Accountant and has also earned an Ontario Public Supervisory Officers’ Certificate.

Louise Sirisko

Associate Director,ÌýInstructional Innovation and Equitable Outcomes

With more than 30 years in education, Louise brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø, previously serving as Director of Education of the York Region District School Board, the Director of the Special Education/Success for All Branch at the Ontario Ministry of Education and as a member of the Executive of the Council of Ontario Directors of Education. She began her education career with Peel District School Board as an elementary school teacher and has held other positions, including Vice-Principal, Principal, Superintendent of Education and Superintendent of Special Education.Ìý

Leola Pon

Associate Director, Organizational Transformation and Accountability

Leola joined ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø in 2013 following careers in human resources, labour relations, and law. Leola previously served as ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø’s Interim Associate Director, Organizational Transformation and Accountability, and as Executive Officer, Legal Services leading a team of lawyers and staff in providing strategic legal services. Leola is also a governance professional and has certificates in Human Resources, executive leadership, and change management. She is the recipient of three Canadian Lawyer InHouse Magazine Innovation Awards in 2017, including Innovation of the Year, recognizing excellence in law department management and equity initiatives. In 2019, Leola and her team were recognized as one of Canada’s leading in-house teams by the Legal500 GC Powerlist Canada. She also received the Ontario Bar Association Canadian Corporate Counsel Association Excellence Award in 2020 and was an awardee at the 2022 Canadian Law Awards.
