Child Welfare and Care belongs to all of us. The safety and well-being of each student is a top priority and we take the recommendations from the Jeffrey Baldwin Inquest seriously. The Inquest resulted in 103 recommendations to 13 institutions, including the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø.Â
The defines a child in need of protection as a child who is or who appears to be suffering from abuse and/or neglect. The Act clearly specifies how you can identify these children in Section 72 (1).     Â
