Due to the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø closure between March 14 and April 5, a number of Arts events have been cancelled (up to June 2020). In some cases, it is because the event falls within the closure dates and in other cases it is because there are associated costs and/or planning and preparation activities required that are no longer possible to complete. Secondary music showcase featuring performances that represent the diversity of secondary school music programs across the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø, engaging over 1000 secondary music students. Organized by the Toronto Secondary School Music Teacher Association and supported by the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Arts department.

Across Experiences Two Credit Drama Co-op Program

This program is facilitated by the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Arts Department in collaboration with the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø Urban Indigenous Education Centre. Through the art form of theatre, students collectively explore themes of truth, identity, and relationships in response to the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action. Secondary students tour grade 7-8 schools to perform and engage in conversations about the themes in the play. More information is available on theÌý
