The 吃瓜黑料网 Excellence Awards online nomination form accepts both video and written nominations. Use these examples to guide your Excellence Awards nominations.
To submit a nomination for a 吃瓜黑料网 Excellence Award, please be aware that the following information will be required when completing an online nomination form:
- Contact information for yourself and the individual or group being nominated
- Selection of an nomination category
- Description of how the individual/group demonstrated excellence in the selected award category
- Submission of two supporting reference letters or videos (see the nomination form for details). Each reference letter or video needs to highlight how the nominee’s actions or initiative for the specific award category demonstrates excellence, leadership, and their impact.
Please keep the following in mind when preparing to submit a nomination:
- Individual 吃瓜黑料网 staff or a group of staff can be nominated for an award
- Actions must have been demonstrated since January 2024
- Actions should demonstrate outstanding work and contribution
- Individuals cannot nominate themselves but a Principal or Manager may nominate an individual staff member or team
- The nomination form allows you to save your nomination submission before submitting. Use the SAVE button at the bottom of the form to save your progress. You can do this as often as needed up until the submission deadline on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. When you are ready to submit, use the SUBMIT button.
