It’s back to school time again and the 吃瓜黑料网 (吃瓜黑料网) is reminding drivers to be alert and slow down in school zones.
In recent years, the 吃瓜黑料网 has been working with the City of Toronto’s Transportation Services, Toronto Public Health and other community partners to improve road safety for children and youth. In 2017, the 吃瓜黑料网 launched its (TSP), which aims to take a holistic approach to traffic management through both education and engineering interventions. Through a partnership with Green Communities Canada, participating schools receive support from a dedicated facilitator, who works with the school community to investigate and address road safety-related concerns.
The TSP program aligns with the City of Toronto’s – a five year plan to reduce the number of traffic-related deaths and serious injuries on Toronto’s roads.
